Our B&B rooms are ideal for short stays

The B&B rooms at Antico Podere San Luca are located in the recently renovated 19th-century villa. They are comfortable and overlook the surrounding greenery. Each room has a double bed and is equipped with a private bathroom with shower, wardrobe, flat-screen TV, and a kettle for tea and herbal infusions. The breakfast room is located on the ground floor. Free parking for cars and motorbikes is available a short distance away, in our private parking area.

The lodgings are surrounded by the vegetation of the hills, a few minutes’ drive from the center of Bologna and from Casalecchio di Reno, close to the entrance of the Autostrada A1- A14. They can accommodate 2 to 4 people, and include: a spacious sleeping area with double bed, a living room with double sofa bed, table, chairs and TV set, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower stall, and free WIFI.

The B&B rooms do not have a kitchen, while the lodgings are equipped with a kitchenette where you can comfortably prepare your meals, but, if you’d rather not cook, you can choose one of the many restaurants close to the Antico Podere San Luca where you can eat pizza or the products of the typical Bolognese cuisine. Among these is also Osteria Il Cannone, located at Via Andrea Costa 102d in Bologna, which has an agreement with us.

In the area there is a great number of shops that you can reach by car in a few minutes and where you can buy your favourite products: they range from minimarkets of big chains of distribution (Coop, Carrefour, Conad) to large shopping centres near the industrial area of Casalecchio (Esselunga and Carrefour).
