The lodgings are surrounded by the vegetation of the hills, a few minutes’ drive from the center of Bologna and from Casalecchio di Reno, close to the entrance of the Autostrada A1- A14. They can accommodate 2 to 4 people, and include: a spacious sleeping area with double bed, a living room with double sofa bed, table, chairs and TV set, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower stall, and free WIFI.

The parking space is free of charge and quite close to the flats 

The parking space of the Antico Podere San Luca is free of charge and quite close to the flats. You will not have to waste your precious time looking for a parking space or spend more money for parking fees. If you’d rather get about by bus, the no. 58 bus of TPER stops every 30 minutes right in front of the Podere and brings you, in less than 10 minutes, to Via Saragozza, at the entrance of the Parco di Villa Spada (a few hundreds of metres from the Facoltà di Ingegneria of the university of Bologna).

 

Do you wish to park your car in the old city centre?

Here are the rules for the access to the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) of Bologna

You can choose to cook at home or to sample the typical dishes in the nearby restaurants

 

The lodgings are equipped with a kitchenette where you can comfortably prepare your meals, but, if you’d rather not cook, you can choose one of the many restaurants close to the Antico Podere San Luca where you can eat pizza or the products of the typical Bolognese cuisine.

In the area there is a great number of shops that you can reach by car in a few minutes and where you can buy your favourite products: they range from minimarkets of big chains of distribution (Coop, Carrefour, Conad) to large shopping centres near the industrial area of Casalecchio (Esselunga and Carrefour).
