Booking and payments

  1) How the booking works

1 – Email us or phone us to let us know when you wish to stay at our place, so we can tell you whether our lodgings are available and send you a personalised estimate (you will find our rates in this page).

2 – Book the dates and formula of your stay (B&B or short-term lease); you can do it in three ways:

  • by filling out the form in the contacts page of this website
  • by emailing us at address info@anticopoderesanluca.it
  • by phoning us at number +39 349 604 5634

3 – We will send you an email with our data for the bank transfer of the deposit.

4 – When we have received your bank transfer, your booking will be confirmed.

5 – On arriving at the Antico Podere San Luca, you can settle the account, also paying the tourist tax, in ready money or using your cashpoint card or credit card. After this, we will give you the key of your lodging (it is an electronic card key).
NB: we accept VISA and Mastercard credit cards; we do not accept cheques.

6 – Check-out

The check-out must take place within 10:30 AM.

2) Deposit

You can book the dates and formula of your stay (B&B or short-term lease) by email or phone: we will send you an email with our data for the bank transfer of the deposit, which amounts to 50% of the total rate of your stay. Please remember that your booking will be valid only after we have received the credit of the payment of your deposit! When you arrive, you can pay the rest.

Important: if you cancel your booking or fail to turn up on the day agreed upon for your arrival, you will lose your deposit.

  3) Check-in e Check-out

Check-in: the time of your arrival must be agreed upon by phone, and must be between 12 noon and 4 PM.
If you have any special requirements, contact us via mail or phone.

Check-out: within 10:30 AM.

 

Within the flats

    • It is forbidden to smoke inside the flats, in the hall or on the stairs.
    • It is forbidden to organise parties or noisy gatherings that might disturb the other guests and the neighbours.
    • It is forbidden to bring animals or keep animals in the flats.
    • If something breaks, please inform us at once.
    • The number of people who stay in the flat must correspond exactly to the one that has been registered on your arrival: each flat has a number of beds that has been declared to the authorities, so we cannot accommodate a number of people greater than that stated in the booking.
    • On your arrival, we will give you an electronic keycard for opening the door of your flat, and the remote control or key of the entrance gate. Please be careful not to lose them.
      Should you lose the electronic keycard or remote control, we will charge you a 50 euro reimbursement for each.
    • Please do not alter the arrangement of the furniture and fittings, and leave the flat in perfect order, as you have found it on your arrival.
    • Do not throw into the water closet, bidet, washbasin or sink any objects that might damage them (such as nappies, sanitary towels, kitchen paper, hair, etc.).
    • Do not leave garbage in the garden or shared areas. In Bologna there is a separate collection of household waste that follows a predetermined schedule: you will find in you lodging a notice that specifies the days of the week in which the collection takes place.
      Please leave the garbage bags outside the gate, on the days scheduled for the collection.
    • The management is authorised to come into the flats in order to make sure that everything is all right, or in case of yells, uproar or noises that might disturb the other guests or the neighbours.
