If you love the quiet of the hills but want to live near everything, the lodgings of the Antico Podere San Luca are perfect for you. We are just a few minutes’ drive from the old city centre, and you can easily get there with your car or motorbike, parking it in one of the parking areas that have entered into an agreement with the town council.
B&B rooms and flats are comfortable and full of light. They are in via di Monte Albano 14, near the Santuario della Beata Vergine di San Luca, in a position that is perfect for easily reaching the city’s industrial areas, the centre, the university and the Fair District, and for discovering Bologna and its outskirts. The parking space is free of charge and just a few metres from the lodgings, so you can get about by car easily and without having to meet extra expenses for parking it.
Rooms and lodgings of the Antico Podere San Luca are surrounded by the vegetation of the hills and are at a few minutes’ drive from the centre of Bologna and from Casalecchio di Reno, and close to the entrance of the Autostrada A1- A14.
B&B rooms
The rooms are the best choice if you’re looking for a bed & breakfast. They can accommodate 2 to 4 people. Each room features a double bed, a sofa bed (available only in the Deluxe Room), a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with shower, and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast is served in the spacious and comfortable shared dining room.
Short-term rental lodgings with kitchenette
The lodgings are ideal for those looking for a short-term rental (minimum stay: two nights) and who prefer more independence. They can accommodate two to four people and include a spacious sleeping area with double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for two, a table, chairs, a flat-screen TV set, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower stall, and free WIFI. If you’d like to include breakfast, you can choose the bed & breakfast formula—just let us know at the time of booking.
Our parking is large and free of charge
We recommend reaching us by car or motorbike – parking is free of charge – and if you’d like to visit the city, you can park near Via Saragozza: from there, the historic center is easily accessible in a short time either on foot or by bus. There’s also a bus stop right next to Antico Podere San Luca, but service is infrequent and schedules are not always convenient. That’s why we suggest using your own vehicle.
